Support at School

Our school counselors and campus mental health professionals provide a safe space for students to thrive.

  • Your First Step: Contact your school's Counseling Office. Our counselors provide academic, social, and emotional support and can connect your family with vital resources.
  • Specialized Support: We have certified mental health professionals at both our Junior High and High Schools. Your school counseling office can facilitate a referral or put you in contact with these providers for additional support.

LACASA provides 24/7 Crisis Support, emergency shelter, and counseling for survivors of domestic and sexual violence. Call 866-522-2725 or Text 517-777-8005  The Connection Youth Services works to increase young people's access to safe, stable housing, school connections, and employment as well as providing support groups for youth and adolescents. The United Way Connect 211 connects Michigan residents with local resources, including mental health, housing, substance use, and crisis help.  Community Mental Health Services of Livingston County offers emergency psychiatric support and 24/7 mental health crisis services.
