Fowlerville Bands Invited to Perform at Tiger’s Game!

We got the gig! Fowlerville bands will be performing at the home Tigers game on Thursday, May 21st. Permission slips are due Friday, May 15th. Click here to purchase special priced tickets! Fundraising update:

We are in the final countdown for our Little Caesars fundraiser. Please share this link far and wide, the fundraiser will end Thursday, May 14th!

Our next big fundraising effort is also in the works. We are hosting our annual Scrap Metal Drive on Saturday and Sunday, May 16th and 17th. Have some metal junk that’s taking up space in your attic or garage? Dreading dump fees? Let us take it off of your hands! A collection dumpster will be set up in the Alverson Performing Arts Center Parking lot and a band representative will be present to assist. It’s a win-win, you can get some spring cleaning done and the band gets to raise some funds to put towards band camp expenses!

Band Boosters Updates (Band Boosters Needs Your Help!)

Our next meeting will be Wednesday, May 20th and will include elections for board positions. Positions include: President, Vice President, Treasurer Correspondence Secretary, Recording Secretary, and Assistant Treasurer.

Wednesday, May 13: 26-27 Band Parent Info Night. 6 P.M. in the Alverson Performing Arts Center

Dress: Casual
Grades: 9-11
Non-graded/Voluntary attendance

Thursday, May 21st: Band Performance at Comerica Park: Estimated leave time: 10, Perform at 1 P.M., stay for game, estimated return to FHS at 7 P.M.

Dress: Band Polo/Khaki Pants/shorts
Grades: 9-12
Required Performance

Monday, May 25th: Memorial Day Event: Marching Band call time at 9:45 at the Post Office. The band will then march to the Cemetery and play music several times throughout the ceremony. Estimated dismissal at 11 A.M.
