Fundraising Update

Thursday, September 10th at 6 P.M., we will be holding our Mattress Sale Kick-off meeting in the Alverson Performing Arts Center. Please plan on attending either in-person or by clicking this zoom link. (Meeting ID: 831 2370 0602 Passcode: 363293) Our program starts earning money with this meeting, $250 for having 50 parents attend, $500 for 100+. This fundraiser is our first big chance to raise money for necessary program expenses such as instrument repairs and replacing antiquated equipment. For some students, this will also be an excellent opportunity to raise money for our upcoming New York Trip. I’m attaching the referral document to this email once again. The sale will take place on Sunday, October 4th from 11 A.M.-4 P.M. in the Competition Gym.

One great way to spread the word is to like and share this Facebook Event that the company set up specifically for our Fundraiser!

Band Trip

Our first band trip informational meeting will begin immediately after the Mattress Sale kick-off meeting on Thursday, September 10th at 6 P.M. During that meeting we will review the itinerary, general expectations for the trip, and ways to fundraise. If you are ready to book a spot for your student, use this link! An adult must fill out the registration information.
