REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT


All registration will be done through Final Forms. If you do not have a Final Forms account, follow these instructions:

1. Go to https://www.finalforms.com/

2. Once you reach the Final Forms home page, you will see a blue login button at the top right.  Click that and you will be prompted to enter the school district, which would just be Fowlerville Community Schools

3. From there, you will have to create a parent/guardian profile 

4. Once this profile is created, you should see an option to "Add Students". This is where you'll create the profile for your child/children 

5. After getting their profile added, it should prompt you to "add sports". Sports are separated by season. If the registration window for the sport is open, you will be able to check the box for the specific sport

6. After selecting the sport, select "Update Sports" at the bottom of the screen

7. Once registered for a sport, your child's profile will be updated with sport-specific forms to complete



Payment Options

  • Payments with card must be made online through SchoolPay:  https://www.schoolpay.com/pay/for/Fowlerville-Recreation-Sports-Fee-Paymen/MeNU
  • Cash or check payments are accepted in person or can be left in the drop box to the right of our office door (#14). Our office is located at 450 N. Hibbard Street, Fowlerville, MI 48836
  • If using the drop box, please put the payment in an envelope and label the envelope with the student's name and the sport that you are paying for

We do not accept requests for specific coaches, or requests for friends to be placed onto the same team, even for ride sharing. Only siblings will be placed together. This is for all sports.
